Locate the accommodation

Check the available accommodation through the web menu until you find the one that best suits what you are looking for.

Reservation request

Once you have located the accommodation, click on the online booking link and fill in the form that appears, this is to complete the application.

Booking confirmation

Once we have received the request, we will reply by email, as soon as we can. Indicating if the accommodation is available for the requested dates or offering an alternative.

Way to pay

To formalize the reservation, the amount to be transferred as a Confirmation Deposit is 30% of the total reservation. Then you must send us the proof of the transfer to the email address:

After making your Reservation Request, the tenant has [2] calendar days to make the payment, after this period, if no such payment has been received, the Reservation Request will be canceled.

The rest 70% will be paid 40 days before arriving at the destination.

Payment method:

  • If you prefer to pay by card, you can do so safely through the Virtual TPV of the website.
  • By bank transfer to the INNOVA MENORCA account number that we will provide you below.

INNOVA MENORCA will need to know the time of arrival at the airport and the time of departure, in order to organize the delivery of keys with the client.

On your arrival

We try to give a warm welcome to all our customers to make them feel at home, for the rest of their stay we offer a phone from which they can contact us when they need it. On the day of your arrival we will give you the keys. When you are about to leave the airport on your way to the house, please call +34 696634370 / +34 696634024, to arrange the key drop off.

When you leave

We will come and collect the keys and your satisfaction survey.

Interpretation of rates

The prices found on the Website are per night.

Privacy of your data

Your personal data will receive the treatment that corresponds to them according to the data protection law and in no case will it be transferred to third parties for any type of commercial or other action.

Service included in the reservation

The accommodation has got 1 free cot and high chair.

All the houses have a weekly clean and a change of towels every two days. You can request more cleans if you wish, these will be paid separately from the reservation.

Cancellation conditions

In the event of, for any reason, the client has to renounce the contract on the agreed dates, they will lose the amount paid to the account of INNOVA MENORCA, which will be kept as compensation for damages. Said amounts will be returned by INNOVA MENORCA to the client only in the event that they renounce the contract with forty calendar days in advance of the date of entry into the accommodation. This waiver must be notified expressly to INNOVA MENORCA by the client and forty days in advance.

Special requests

The client must ask for the special requests to INNOVA MENORCA before their arrival and they will have to pay on the day of the delivery of the keys. The price is not included in the reservation. You can request more cleans if you wish, these will be paid separately from the reservation. These are not included in the reservation price, please request the rates of the additional services you need.

Security deposit:

On the day of arrival, the tenant must provide his credit card to Innova Menorca, in order to retain the amount corresponding to the security deposit. Once the exit cleaning and check that the house is returned under the same conditions in which we deliver it, will be returned the amount retained in a maximum period of 7 days. Otherwise, the amount corresponding to the damages caused will be deducted.

To take into account: INNOVA MENORCA doesn’t offer a garbage collection service. Please deposit the garbage bags in the nearest containers. Each house has an average of cleaning hours necessary to leave it ready for the next guests. We reserve the right to deduct from your security deposit additional cleaning charges when we need a cleaning service exceeding the estimated number of hours, due to its cleanliness status or too much garbage on the property.

Environmental tax

The client will be responsible for the environmental tax (ECO-TASA) required by the Balearic Autonomous Community. The cost of the same will be paid the day of your arrival in Menorca.


The accommodation will be available for you from 16:00 in the afternoon. The departure time is at 10:00 in the morning.

Maximum number of occupants.

The occupation of accommodation for an amount of people higher than the one established in the reservation will cause the immediate expulsion without the right of reimbursement of the amount of the reservation.

Cause of expulsion

The client is directly responsible for any damages that occur in the accommodation and its elements.

The client undertakes to comply with the rules of the house and will be the cause of unilateral termination of the contract, with the immediate departure of all occupants of the rented home, and total loss of the amount paid for the damage, annoyance, uproar, etc ... that could cause any person in the rented dwelling that of place to the police inspection aperture of the same, etc ...

The possession of any type of animals in the home is extremely prohibited.

The owners of the properties that are advertised through this website, have confirmed to “Innova Menorca, S.L” that they are in possession of the required touristic licenses and fulfill the administrative tourism requirements. “Innova Menorca, S.L” therefore have no responsibility if the owners have not fulfilled the requirements or have failed to give Innova Menorca S.L. the correct information.
