Two floor detached chalet is located in Calan Bosch, 200 m from the sea and 500m from the beach.

The 135m2 chalet is on 500m2 of land. On the first floor there is a living room with direct access to a terrace and to the kitchen.

The kitchen is completely equipped and has access to the back garden. One double bedroom with a large bathroom with a shower. It’s on the ground floor.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a double bed and on suite bathroom. This bedroom is quite large and has room for an extra bed or a cot for younger children. There are two other double bedrooms, one with bunk beds and the other with two single beds. There is also another bathroom.

The chalet has got air conditioning, a swimming pool and a private garden with a barbecue.

The chalet is located in the urbanization of Cap D'Artrutx, very near the coast, where you can enjoy the white sand beaches of Son Xoriguer and Cala’n Bosch.

You can also enjoy the port where you will find bars, restaurants, supermarkets, a chemist and

entertainment.
