This beautiful house consists of only 55 m2. It is newly renovated and furnished with modern and functional style.
On the ground floor - open concept entrance we find the living area with the sofa and the TV. Next to them the kitchen and opposite the dining table.
There is a small patio that gives a lot of light and a great atmosphere during vacations.
In the first level of stairs we find the complete bathroom, then following some steps plus the double room and already in the last level a small room.
There are no separation doors in any room of the house.
Located in the old town of this beautiful town that is Ciutadella. A few steps away is the area of Ses Voltes and the Cathedral. It also has easy access to the area of restaurants and leisure of the town. The pretty harbor is 5 minutes away on foot.
