Beautiful villa on a private property, featuring a swimming pool and grill area.  The house is very comfortable (measuring 120m2), has got a large terrace with a covered area (30m2), and a well cared for lawn in a garden (600m2).  The house has got 3 large bedrooms 2 full bathrooms and a 40” TV.

The furniture is new and the property also has air conditioning, a dishwasher, and two outside showers.

Bed linens and bath towels are provided, and are cleaned at the half way point in your stay, if your stay is over nine days. The bathroom will also be cleaned.

Renting this house you can enjoy this urbanization near Ciutadella and the lovely white sand beaches near: Calan Blanes, Cales Piques, and Calan Forcat, all of these beaches have crystal clear water and swimming platforms as well.  It is a very unique place where you can hear the sounds of the sea from the terrace.  Another small beach (Calan Brut) is just 3 minutes on foot. Ciutadella is just 3km away.

The week of Sant Joan (19-26 of June), the per night price is the same as the per night price in August, in addition to a 100€ deposit per person, which will be returned by bank transfer once the villa has been cleaned after your stay, upon finding the property in the same conditions as it was given to you.
